Junior Achievement Creed
The following is the creed and policy orientation of Junior Achievement
(JA) Macedonia for 2005:

JA Macedonia is an equal opportunity and affirmative NGO, regardless of
ethnicity, creed, religious preference, sexual orientation, marital status
or age.

JA Macedonia believes that ethnic diversity is the key to creativity,
economic development and cooperation among all ethnic groups living in the
Republic of Macedonia.

JA Macedonia will design and deliver such projects that can increase
the inter-ethnic dialogue through economic education and cooperation.

JA Macedonia will help and assist the most threatened and neglected
social groups in the Republic of Macedonia, i.e. young and unemployed,
regardless of their ethnic origin.

JA Macedonia will constantly monitor the status and barriers for social
and economic integration of the young and unemployed as well as women and
will provide recommendations for improvement of their social status at
regional, national and governmental level.

JA Macedonia will constantly focus on developing cooperation with
adequate business organizations, financial institutions, foreign aid
donors, government and non-government bodies in order to promote its
projects of benefit to its target groups.
